Tomáš Galis (born 22 December 1950 in Selice, Czechoslovakia) is a Slovak clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Žilina.


Tomáš Galis received the sacrament of priestly ordination for the Banská Bystrica diocese on 6 June 1976.

On 28 August 1999, Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Bita and appointed him auxiliary bishop in Banská Bystrica. The Bishop of Banská Bystrica, Rudolf Baláž, consecrated him bishop on 25 September of the same year; co-consecrators were the Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus in Banská Bystrica, Peter Dubovský SJ, and the Apostolic Nuncio in Slovakia, Archbishop Luigi Dossena. On 14 February 2008 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Žilina. The inauguration took place on 15 March of the same year.
