Scheiblwies is a village and cadastral community in the municipality of Bergern in the Dunkelsteinerwald in Lower Austria.
The village is located south of Geyersberg on a gentle ridge called Oberer Kreuzberg, and is accessible via the L7220 state road. On 1 January 2020 Scheiblwies had 61 inhabitants.
History
In the Franziszeischen Kataster of 1821 the village is recorded with some farmsteads on both sides of the Dorfstraße.[1] According to the Austrian address book, in 1938 Scheiblwies was home to an innkeeper and some farmers with direct sales.[2]
