Neuilly-sur-Suize is a French commune with 308 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2018) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region (Champagne-Ardenne before 2016). It is part of the arrondissement of Chaumont and the canton of Chaumont-3 (until 2015 Chaumont-Sud). The inhabitants are called Néoviciens.


Neuilly-sur-Suize is located about five kilometres south of the town centre of Chaumont. Neuilly-sur-Suize is surrounded by the neighbouring municipalities of Chaumont to the north, Verbiesles to the northeast, Luzy-sur-Marne to the east, Foulain to the south and southeast, and Richebourg to the west and southwest.
