Mós (also Mós do Douro) is a locality and former municipality in northern Portugal.

Population development of the municipality of Mós


Mós was the seat of an independent municipality (freguesia) in the county (concelho) of Vila Nova de Foz Côa. In the former municipal area live 190 inhabitants (as of 30 June 2011).[1]

As part of the administrative reorganization in Portugal, the municipality of Mós was dissolved on 29 September 2013 and incorporated, together with the municipality of Santo Amaro, into the municipality of Vila Nova de Foz Côa.[3]
