Martin Drummond Vesey Holt (born 13 January 1881 in London; † 2 November 1956 in Bognor Regis) was a British epee fencer.
Martin Holt took part in five Olympic Games: at the 1908 London Olympics he secured the silver medal in the team event with Edgar Amphlett, Leaf Daniell, Cecil Haig, Robert Montgomerie and Edgar Seligman. In the individual competition, he advanced to the final round, where he finished in eighth place. In 1912 he repeated the team success in Stockholm with Edgar Amphlett, John Blake, Percival May Davson, Arthur Everitt, Cecil Haig, Robert Montgomerie and Edgar Seligman by winning the silver medal again. In the singles, Holt placed eighth once again. In 1920 in Antwerp, 1924 in Paris and 1928 in Amsterdam Holt failed in the preliminary round in both the individual and the team competition. In 1920 and 1923 he became British Champion.
