Julia Vlassov(born August 29, 1990 in Leningrad, Soviet Union as Yuliya Alexandrovna Vlassova) is an American figure skater.

Julia Vlassov is the daughter of Alexander Vlassov, the 1977 World pairs skating runner-up. She was born in Leningrad in the Soviet Union. However, the family emigrated to the USA a few months later still in 1990.

Julia Vlassov was the 2006 World Junior Sport Pairs Champion with skating partner Drew Meekins, and the pair split in November 2007 due to the size difference being too small and the resulting limited opportunities in senior pairs skating.

Her new partner is the Swede Niklas Hogner.
