Hog Bay Road is a trunk road in the southeast of the Australian state of South Australia. It connects the Kangaroo Island Sealink in Penneshaw with the Playford Highway in Kingscote.

Hog Bay Road starts at the Penneshaw ferry terminal. There it is connected via the Kangaroo Island Sealink (car ferry) to the ferry port of Jervis on the Fleurieu Peninsula and thus to the Main South Road (B23). The road leads along the north coast first to the southwest to the narrowest part of Kangaroo Island between Pelican Lagoon and Penington Bay.

From there, it heads northwest past the junction of American River Road, which leads to the resort community of American River. Hog Bay Road crosses the Cygnet River, the only river on the island, and meets the Playford Highway (B23) on its north bank. Together with the Playford Highway, it covers the last few kilometres to its terminus in Kingscote.
