Hellisey is one of the Westman Islands south of Iceland.

This uninhabited island lies 6 km southwest of Heimaey and 13 km northeast of Surtsey. It has an area of only 0.1 km² and reaches more than 100 m above sea level.

Hellisey was also the name of a fishing boat. It sank on 12 March 1984. Guðlaugur Friðþórsson was the only survivor of the crew. He swam 5 km to Heimaey.
