Fernand Etgen (born 10 March 1957 in Ettelbrück) is a Luxembourg politician.

Fernand Etgen has been a member of the Liberal Democratic Party (DP) since 1979. At local level, he was a member of the municipal council of the municipality of Feulen from 1979 to 1981 and from 1988 to 1993. From 1982 to 1987 he was a lay assessor of the municipality. In 1994 he became mayor, a post he held until 2013

In 2007, he became a member of the Luxembourg Parliament for the first time. Since 2010, he has been the Secretary General of his party. In December 2013, he took over as Minister for Agriculture, Viticulture and Consumer Protection; at the same time, he became Minister for the Bettel-Schneider government’s relations with Parliament. He has been President of the Parliament since December 2018.
