Calendar of events

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A flowchart is a list of specific activities and actions that have been established prior to an event. They are used to ensure that a situation is effectively and comprehensively controlled and that the sequence is manageable

It is part of the internal communication within an organization, but also has an external effect on interdepartmental occasions. Calendar here means the time in connection with the process, not the daily or weekly calendar

Flow charts are common for large events such as conventions, parades, demonstrations, shareholder meetings, etc.

Example:

Schedule for the inauguration of a new building

  • 10:00 Meeting
  • 10:30 a.m.: Departure of the planned tour
  • 11:00 a.m.: Start of the event, ceremonial speeches, inauguration, guided tour
  • 12:00: Photo opportunity, press conference
