The Diocese of Belthangady(Latin Dioecesis Belthangadiensis) is a diocese of the Syro-Malabar Church united with the Roman Catholic Church, located in Belthangady, India. Since its founding, the local Ordinary has been Lawrence Mukkuzhy.
History
Pope John Paul II founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Cum ampla on 24 April 1999 from territorial cessions of the ore parish of Tellicherry, to which it was also subordinated as a suffragan diocese.
