Batilly-en-Puisaye is a commune in the Loiret department in the Centre-Val de Loire region in north-central France with a population of 115 as of 1 January 2018. It is part of the arrondissement of Montargis and part of the canton of Gien (until 2015: canton of Briare). The inhabitants are called Batillois.


Batilly-en-Puisaye is located about 75 kilometers southeast of Orléans. Neighboring municipalities of Batilly-en-Puisaye are Dammarie-en-Puisaye to the north and northwest, Champoulet to the northeast, Lavau to the east and northeast, Faverelles to the east and southeast, Thou to the south and Bonny-sur-Loire to the west and southwest.
