Barry Markus (born 17 July 1991 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch track and road cyclist.

In 2006, Barry Markus became Dutch champion in the youth class in the individual time trial and he won a stage at the Critérium Européens des Jeunes. The next year he was able to defend his championship title. In the junior class in 2008 Markus won two stages at the Driedaagse van Axel and a section at the Westbrabantse Pijl. On the track he became Dutch champion in the Keirin and the Madison. In 2009 he won a stage each at the Vlaams-Brabantse Pijl Korbeek-Lo and at the Trofeo Karlsberg. At the European Junior Championships he won the silver medal in the road race.

In 2010 and 2011 Markus rode for Rabobank Continental, the farmteam of the ProTeam Rabobank. In 2012 he got his first contract with a ProTeam, Vacansoleil-DCM.

His younger sister Kelly Martin is also a cyclist.
