Fadiga began his footballing career in Issy at the local football club. He later played in the youth academy of Paris Saint-Germain. In the 2018/19 season, Fadiga appeared in every Youth League group game, providing one assist. He also played once for the capital’s second team during the 2018/19 season.[1] He was also a regular for the U19s a season later.[2] In the 2020/21 season, he was almost always in the squad for the professional team and made several short appearances in Ligue 1. In the Champions League, he was always in the squad but did not make any appearances so far.[3] He made his debut for the Parisian professional team on 16 September 2020 when he came on for Idrissa Gueye in the 1-0 win over FC Metz just before the end.[4]

In the 2021 winter transfer window, Fadiga was loaned to Stade Brest for the remainder of the season, where he was expected to gain match practice.[5] He made his debut for his loan club on 19 February 2021 (matchday 26), coming on for Paul Lasne in the 87th minute against Olympique Lyon.[6]
